The 2020–2021 US Supreme Court Term Issues in International and Commercial Litigation
The current US Supreme Court Term has a slate of cases concerning key issues in international and commercial litigation.
These cases will resolve critical questions about who can be sued in US courts, who may be bound to arbitrate certain claims, how foreign entities might resist US jurisdiction—and more. The Court is also considering whether to hear cases concerning important issues, including issues related to class actions and data privacy.
