Arbitration costs have always been one of the most relevant topics debated among arbitration practitioners.
At this event organized by Freshfields and Machado Meyer during the 5th edition of Sao Paulo Arbitration Week, we will discuss the main issues relating to costs and possible ways for parties to conduct more cost-efficient domestic and international arbitral proceedings in Brazil, including the use technologies and third-party funding.
