Who is in our summer program & what to expect
We will welcome 94 summer associates (86 2L students, 8 1L students) representing 28 law schools in our 2024 Summer Associate Class – 63 in New York, 19 in Washington, DC and 12 in Silicon Valley.

Key practices include M&A, Capital Markets, Investigations, Securities & Shareholder Litigation, Commercial Litigation, International Arbitration, Finance, Restructuring & Insolvency, IP Transactions, Executive Compensation & Benefits and Tax. Summer associates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters.
Washington, DC
Key practices include Antitrust, Investigations, Sanctions, CFIUS, International Arbitration, IP Transactions and Data Privacy & Security.
Silicon Valley
Key practices include M&A, Capital Markets, Securities & Shareholder Litigation, Data Privacy & Security, IP Transactions, Executive Compensation & Benefits and Antitrust.
