Who is in our summer program & what to expect
We will welcome 75 summer associates (74 2L students and 1 1L student) representing 25 law schools in our 2025 Summer Associate Class – 51 in New York, 19 in Washington, DC and 5 in Silicon Valley. In addition, we will be accepting applications for our 1L Scholarship beginning December 1, 2024.
Our 2025 summer program will run for 10 weeks, May 19th to July 25th.

Summer associates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters.
Washington, DC
Key practices include Antitrust, Investigations, Sanctions, CFIUS, International Arbitration, IP Transactions and Data Privacy & Security.
Silicon Valley
Key practices include M&A, Capital Markets, Securities & Shareholder Litigation, Data Privacy & Security, IP Transactions, Executive Compensation & Benefits and Antitrust.
