Register hereSpeakers will discuss the duty of independence and impartiality of arbitrators in international arbitration, and address various considerations and standards recognized and applied in international guidelines and regulations, such as the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest, and whether or not these guidelines are sufficient. This roundtable will also explore other aspects that are increasingly important to take into consideration when appointing arbitrators.
