About Tracy Zhang
Tracy is a counsel in our capital markets team in Silicon Valley. Her practice focuses on representing issuers, underwriters and shareholders on public and private debt and equity transactions, including IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, high yield bonds, investment grade debt, convertible debt, liability management transactions and debt restructurings. She also regularly advises companies on SEC public reporting, corporate governance, listing requirements and the US securities law aspects of other corporate transactions.

- Cazoo in connection with a restructuring agreement with noteholders representing 75% of the company’s $630 million convertible senior notes and shareholders representing more than 25% of its outstanding shares.
