Marissa is an intellectual property senior associate based in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions, with an emphasis on public and private cross-border mergers and acquisitions, licensing, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies.

Marissa received the Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award for “Xerox/Fuji-Memeograph to the Board: Don’t Copy This” in the June 2018 of The M&A Lawyer.

Marissa is admitted to practice in New York and California and was previously based in the firm’s New York office.
