About Maxim Wuyts
Maxim is an associate in the Brussels office of the firm and a member of the tax practice group.
His practice includes all aspects of Belgian and international tax advisory, transactional and litigation work. He provides tax advice regarding mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, capital markets and real estate transactions, as well as the structuring of incentive compensation plans.
Maxim also advises on the tax aspects of investment vehicles and pension funds.
He speaks Dutch, English and French.
