About Kristina Maria Weiler

Kristina is a versatile disputes lawyer who advises her clients on all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration.

She has a strong track-record in defending clients against mass litigation and collective actions as well as in disputes that arise on the back of internal investigations.

As a member of our Insolvency Disputes Skills Group, Kristina has a special focus on advising her clients in litigation that evolves in a corporate restructuring or insolvency.  What Kristina enjoys most is advising on cross-border matters, particularly on those with a US nexus.

She is also a member of our International Arbitration Group, and regularly acts as secretary to the arbitral tribunal in arbitration proceedings under the rules of the The German Arbitration Institute (DIS).

Kristina advises in both German and English.
