About Elizabeth Suarez
Elizabeth is Counsel in our global antitrust, competition and trade practice, based in Washington, DC.
Elizabeth represents clients on a broad range of antitrust issues, with a focus on US and global merger control and review, conduct and market investigations by US and foreign antitrust agencies, and corporate compliance programs. She has particular experience in the technology, life sciences, and financial services sectors.
Prior to rejoining Freshfields, Elizabeth was a member of the antitrust practice of another major law firm where she advised technology and life sciences clients facing novel antitrust issues and guided them through global merger control processes.
Elizabeth is dual qualified in the US and England and Wales. She has spent time in our London and Dusseldorf offices and also was seconded to the London Stock Exchange Group where she advised on competition and commercial matters.
