About Christian Schmidt
Christian is a Principal Associate in our tax group and his practice covers all aspects of national and international tax law. He specialises in advising on tax aspects of M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations as well as real estate transactions. Moreover, Christian provides tax advice for both lenders and borrowers in all tax-related areas of corporate finance.
