About Tom Moulding
Tom is an Associate in our London office.
Tom specialises in banking and debt finance law, with experience advising the corporate treasuries of global clients across a broad range of sectors, and lenders, on complex and cross-border transactions, including capital markets, loans, derivatives, structured financings and other products and solutions.
During his time at Freshfields, Tom has been seconded to the legal teams at Tesco and Heathrow.

- The National Bank of Greece on the update of its €5bn GMTN Programme, and a €650m Green Unsubordinated MREL issuance under it.
- Heathrow Airport on all aspects of its operating company and holding company funding activities, most recently including its £400m high-yield standalone bond and its CHF 220m sustainability-linked programme drawdown, under its £50bn corporate secured financing platform at operating level.
- A leading insurer on multi-jurisdictional loan facilities totalling $335m.
- LSEG on its financing arrangements, including hedging and commercial paper.
- Prodigy Finance on its cross-border securitisation warehouse financings and corporate secured lending.
- Telereal on its secured bond financings of its BT property portfolio and liability management exercises in relation thereto, including issuances totalling £900m of asset-backed securities.
- An international hotelier on its £80m refinancing of real estate across the UK.
- Tesco on its treasury matters, including updates of and drawdowns from its note programmes.
- The lead managers on the New Development Bank's inaugural issue of a $1.25bn green bond.
- The dealers on the OPEC Fund for International Development's $1bn sustainability drawdown.
