About Jeremy Manger
Jeremy is an associate in our intellectual property dispute resolution team.
With a focus on technology and life sciences, Jeremy has particular experience working on patent disputes, as well as advising clients on contentious trade mark issues. He has also advised pro-bono clients in 3rd-party interventions in the UK Court of Appeal.

- Representing Moderna in UK patent proceedings against Pfizer/BioNTech, relating to COVID-19 vaccine patents.
- Advising a major smartphone brand in relation to the disclosure of confidential licence agreements in several pieces of third party litigation.
- Advising AstraZenenca in proceedings against Tesaro/GSK [2023] EWHC 803 (Ch).
- Defending a multinational brewing company in UK patent proceedings.
- Advising a major pharmaceutical company in relation to possible UK preliminary injunction proceedings.
- Representing a European automobile manufacturer in threatened UK trademark infringement proceedings.
