Nicholas is a senior associate in our M&A practice in New York.

He advises corporate and financial sponsor clients on M&A transactions. Nicholas specializes in cross-border transactions, particularly involving the US and Europe, leveraging his experience of working in both the US and European legal markets.

Nicholas is a US and German national and has worked in our offices in Berlin, London and Hamburg.
