About Prince Kudolo
Prince is an associate in our New York office focusing on capital markets matters. Prior to joining Freshfields, Prince worked at a multinational law firm where he also worked on advising issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders in securities transactions, including public and private offerings of equity (common stock), debt (high yield, investment grade and convertible), tender offers, consent solicitations and exchange offers.
Recent work
- Lilium N.V. in connection with a capital raise for up to $250 million.
- Underwriters on Ares Capital Corporation’s SEC-registered investment grade debt, equity and convertible offerings.
- Verlinvest S.A. in connection with:
- a $110M Block Trade of Vita Coco Shares.
- a comprehensive financing by Oatly Group AB.
