About Dr. Arne Constantin-Krawinkel

Arne specialises in advising corporate clients on M&A transactions (public/private) as well as corporate governance and other board room matters.

Arne has worked for Freshfields for more than ten years and has served on several high-profile mandates and numerous cross-border deals. In addition to his M&A work, he advises on all aspects of German stock corporation law as well as transaction related aspects of capital markets and supply chain law. He has a particular focus on the automotive industry, but has also repeatedly served clients in the tech, transport and financial services sector. 

Arne speaks English and his native German. He has worked for our offices in Hamburg, Dusseldorf and New York.
