About William Kellett

Will is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Real Estate team based in London.

He provides advice on a wide range of corporate real estate and real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals of portfolio and high-value property assets, joint venture investments, real estate finance, development matters and landlord and tenant issues.

  • CVC Funds on its investment in Odevo, a leading tech-enabled residential property management company in Europe and the USA, as a strategic partner alongside Fidelio
  • Leonardo Group on its proposed acquisition of the Zien Group comprising 12 hotels in the Netherlands from affiliates controlled by KSL Capital Partners LLC from their partner Garden Capital Group
  • Tesco on the real estate aspects of its proposed £600m sale of its banking operations and the entry into a long-term strategic partnership with Barclays
  • a large US listed industrial conglomerate on the UK real estate aspects of the spinoff of its global healthcare business
  • Brigid Investments Limited (a subsidiary of John Laing Group) in relation to the acquisition and financing of multiple tranches of retirement living units across the UK, assembling a portfolio with a value in excess of £300 million. Awarded “Deal of the Year” at the 2022 Resi Awards*
  • London Legacy Development Corporation on the procurement of a corporate joint venture development partner for their 5.1ha mixed use Pudding Mill Lane scheme, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park*
  • Brookfield on the refinancing of 100 Bishopsgate, London and on various lettings*
  • Madison International Realty on the acquisition of a minority stake in Salesforce Tower, London, joining other investors including Heron International*
  • Citigroup in relation to their European HQ building, including Citigroup’s COVID-19 response, asset management and redevelopment arrangements*
  • a leading American private equity investor in relation to multiple corporate acquisitions and disposals of prime office and logistics assets across the UK*
