Marlin advises financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors on all aspects of structured banking and finance transactions with a focus on project financing and ECA covered financings.
Marlin specialises in energy and infrastructure transactions and supports her clients also on project agreements (e.g., construction and O&M agreements, PPAs) and in M&A settings.
She speaks German, English and French.

- an international bank consortium on the senior debt holdco financing for the 253MW offshore wind farm ‘Gode Wind 3’ developed by Ørsted
- Skyborn Renewables group on a revolving credit facility for development expenditure and on a syndicated multi-currency letters of guarantee facility, in each case for offshore wind projects across the globe
- Global Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of wpd offshore GmbH’s global offshore wind development platform from wpd AG
- a leading German bank on the structured financing, including a Euler Hermes covered tranche and issuance of tax-exempt bonds, for a scrap metal recycling and steel rebar production facility in the US
- a German bank consortium on the Euler Hermes covered financing of a power plant conversion in a Middle East country
- Deutsche GigaNetz on the syndicated financing of their fibre-network roll-out in Germany
