Natalia has broad civil and commercial litigation experience focusing on product liability, with a special focus on the pharmaceutical and tobacco industries, antitrust commercial litigation as well as in disputes relating to financial assets, specially within the framework of insolvency claw back.

Representing Volvo-Renault in the so called ‘trucks cartel’ litigation facing over 2,000 claims founded on an alleged extra charge in the purchase price of trucks.
- Successfully representing Grünenthal on the major product liability case involving a claim for damages in over €204m filed by the Spanish Association AVITE (Asociación de Víctimas de la Talidomida en España) representing 184 victims of thalidomide, for alleged damages caused in the 1960,s for the administration of thalidomide where, in October 2015, the Spanish Supreme Court confirmed the revocation of the compensation to the alleged victims.
- Representing Airbus Military on the regulatory risks for stepping in to resolve underperformance issues of Alestis Aerospace – the largest Andalusian aerospace company –, its tier one supplier, under insolvency.
- Representing Mediapro in relation to the broadcasting of football matches in Spain, with influence on the OTT broadcasting of matches and the antitrust perspective of the acquisition of the rights to broadcast football competitions.
- Two major financial institution in relation to the defence, before the Madrid commercial courts, of their credits amounting to € 1.6bn, secured with a pledge over the shares of a well-known French listed company.
Qualifications

Law Degree and a Diploma as Companies Legal Advisor from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE, E-1).
