Stefanie specializes in complex and cross-border civil litigation as well as mass claims and collective actions. Over the years, she has gained enormous experience in this area, acting for clients from many different industries.
A particular focus of her work is strategic advise for national and international clients for the defense against collective actions and mass claims. She is also particular experienced in the coordination and technical capabilities required to handle mass claims and collective actions.
Stefanie also represents and advises financial service clients in various litigation, including securities and shareholder litigation and mis-selling cases. She also focuses on ESG risks and opportunities in connection with financial products.
