Advising Viterra Limited and its shareholders on the global merger control and foreign investment regulation aspects of its merger with Bunge Limited.
Advising a German gas transmission system operator on the state aid aspects of envisaged state-funding for the Hydrogen Core Network in Germany and on questions of the interrelationship with approved aid under the EU IPCEI Hydrogen Programme.
Advising Dortmunder Stadtwerke AG on the state aid aspects of the sale of its stake in the energy company STEAG GmbH to Asterion Industrial Partners.
