About Patrick Deady
Patrick is an associate in our London tax practice and advises corporates, financial institutions and investment funds across a variety of business sectors.
Patrick advises on the tax aspects of a range of transactional and advisory matters, including private and public M&A transactions, financings and corporate restructurings. He also advises on tax disputes and litigation.
Patrick trained at Freshfields and spent time on secondment to Universal Music Group International as a trainee.

- Advising CVC Capital Partners VIII on its €4.5 billion acquisition of ekaterra B.V., the holding company of Unilever's global tea business
