She advises private equity funds, financial institutions and corporate clients on leveraged and acquisition finance and debt restructurings.

- Ekinops in its €100 million credit line to support its external growth strategy;
- Verallia on the refinancing of its €1 billion syndicated credit facility;
- One Equity Partners LLC in the financing of the acquisition of Clayens NP SAS, a European leader in the processing of polymers, composites and precision metal parts;
- Copeba on the financing of its acquisition of Groupe Climater;
- Climater, a specialist of climatic engineering and fluids based in France, on the financing of its first international acquisitions of Service du Bâtiment G.R., Inc. and Ventilation G.R., Inc., based in Laval, Quebec;
- OMNES Education regarding the establishment of an incremental facility under the existing senior facilities agreement;
- Idex Group for the establishment of an additional facility under the existing senior facilities agreement;
- Labelium (a portfolio company of Charterhouse Capital Partners) on the unitranche financing of the acquisition of 1000heads from Phoenix Equity Partners;
- Advising the Babilou group in the raising of an Incremental facility in an amount of 110m€ with BNP Paribas and JP Morgan under the existing senior facilities agreement;
- Serb Pharmaceuticals group on the implementation of a EUR 65m incremental unitranche financing, the purpose of which is to finance bolt-on acquisitions;
- Charterhouse Capital Partners in the capital reorganisation and debt refinancing of the Sagemcom group;
- Siaci Saint Honoré on the refinancing of its leveraged debt in the context of the merger between Siaci Saint Honoré and Diot, owned by Christian Burrus;
- Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP on the financing of its acquisition of a majority stake, alongside the management, in Labelium, a leading B2B digital marketing performance consulting agency;
- Sitel Group on the refinancing of its debt and on the financing of its acquisition of Sykes Company;
- Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP and its portfolio company Vermeg Group on the refinancing of its debt;
- Antin Infrastructure Partners and its portfolio entity Almaviva on the refinancing of its leveraged debt;
