About Charlotte Colin-Dubuisson
Charlotte is a partner in our global antitrust and regulatory group based in Paris. She advises on all aspects of EU and French competition law – providing efficient and commercially oriented advice to support our clients’ business strategies and M&A activity.
Charlotte has 15 years’ experience representing clients in antitrust and competition cases before the European Commission, the French Competition Authority and the Paris Court of Appeal.
On transactions, Charlotte provides strategic advice on pivotal regulatory aspects of cross-border M&A including reviews under merger control, foreign investment and foreign subsidy rules. Her investigatory practice covers all aspects of cartel enforcement and she also regularly works with clients on their distribution arrangements and related investigations, as well as on antitrust compliance across their business operations.
Charlotte works in French and English.
