About Yilin Tim Chen
Tim is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution Group in New York.
He has represented clients on matters relating to international arbitration, the enforcement of arbitral awards, and cross-border commercial litigation involving foreign sovereigns. Tim also advises clients on compliance and enforcement issues related to economic sanctions, export controls, anti-bribery and white collar matters. He recently completed a secondment in Freshfields' Singapore office.
Tim is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and is conversant in Cantonese.
