Jonathan is a senior associate in the Global Transactions department in London, with broad experience advising clients on public and private takeovers, strategic equity investments, and various corporate matters including reorganisations, corporate governance and disclosure obligations. During his time at Freshfields, Jonathan has also spent time on secondment to Barclays, Visa and HSBC.
