- Advising Eurus Energy Europe in an international arbitration against Spain under the Energy Charter Treaty.
- Advising Hispania on the public tender launched by the town council of Madrid for the construction and operation of buildings in a plot of land located in Real Madrid's old Sports City.
- Advising Cinven/KKR/Providence in the acquisition of Masmovil Ibercom.
- Advising Masmovil in its merger with Orange Spain.
- Advising Ufinet in the renegotiation of its agreements with Enagas regarding the use of Ufinet’s network.
