About Andrea Merediz Basham

Andrea is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A practice and is based in New York. Andrea advises domestic and international corporates, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds and other market participants on M&A, joint ventures and structured debt and equity investments. She also advises on corporate governance and securities law matters related to investments in public and private companies.

Andrea also advises on disclosure and ongoing reporting obligations of public companies, public and private offerings of securities in the United States and elsewhere, and securities law and reporting aspects of M&A transactions involving public companies.

Andrea has been recognized as a “Top Women in Dealmaking” by The Deal, Shortlisted for “Lawyer of the Year” by Woman in Business Law and among leading lawyers for M&A and capital markets by IFLR1000 and Lawdragon.
