She advises clients on the full range of environmental issues, with experience advising on the increasing regulatory obligations and legal risks concerning sustainability matters. She advises clients in relation to ESG risk and strategy, and corporate governance and reporting arrangements.
Charlotte has assisted clients in navigating environmental and ESG regulatory regimes and contributing to the development of such regimes. She has advised clients in relation to emission trading schemes and carbon projects.
She has experience on a wide scope of energy transition projects, including expertise in nuclear and renewable energy projects. She has also advised on road, rail and port projects.
She also provides environment and planning support on corporate and real estate transactions across a range of sectors.
