Diana is a Partner based in the New York office of BCG. She is a lead member of the People and Organization Practice, advising clients all over the world on organizational behavior, organizational design, and talent and teaming models.
Recent experiences include building a talent strategy and new organizational model for an R&D function, redesigning the teaming model at an education technology company, and developing a new organizational model for a US healthcare company. As an Ambassador to the BCG Henderson Institute, BCG’s strategy think tank, Diana is currently leading research on the future of work, the organization of the future, and the bionic company. Diana's work has been featured in outlets such as Nature and on the TED stage. Diana was Phi Beta Kappa at Yale University, and also has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
